Shipping Policy

Every order from Customized Hockey Bags is custom and made to order, so shipping works a little differently than an off-the-shelf product. This policy explains our general approach. Specific timelines and costs are always confirmed on your individual quote.

Production & timelines

Production begins once you approve your mockup. Standard production typically takes about about 2 weeks, and orders with individual player personalization sit on the higher end of that window. These are estimates that vary by order size, decoration method, and current volume. Rush production may be available for a tryout deadline or a tournament that will not move — ask us for a target date and we’ll confirm what’s possible.

Shipping costs

Shipping is quoted per order based on quantity and destination and is typically added to your final invoice.

Delivery & tracking

Estimated transit times vary by destination and carrier and are not guaranteed. We provide tracking once your order ships. We ship nationwide across the United States, and internationally on request.

Multiple destinations

We can split a single order across multiple addresses — provide a distribution list with your order, useful for associations ordering across several teams.
