Start with confirmed roster spots
Order for your final roster count once tryouts settle, not the tryout-week number — cuts happen, and a bag ordered for a player who doesn’t make the team is a sunk cost with no easy resale.
Add a small buffer for call-ups and mid-season adds
Most programs add 10–15% above roster count to cover a call-up from a lower level, a mid-season transfer, or a bag that gets lost or damaged. Because we keep your artwork and specs on file, a small reorder later is fast and easy — so this buffer doesn’t need to be large.
Combine age groups to hit price breaks
If your association runs several teams, quoting them together — even across different bag styles — often pushes the combined order into a meaningfully better per-unit price than ordering team by team.
